Shipping

HIMS ships all orders via UPS Ground Service. We can accommodate requests for expedited shipping. Call us at 888-520-4467 for UPS Air shipping cost. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada may have a higher shipping charge than the published rate online. International orders will be referred to HIMS International Corporation.

Most orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of order.  Most products are in stock 90% of the time. If an ordered item is not in stock, the order will be placed on backorder and the customer will be advised of the scheduled shipment date by email or phone.

Packages shipped to residential addresses will require a signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left at the door.

Shipping cost of multiple items on a single order all shipping to the same ship-to address will be combined and discounted from the per unit shipping cost. Please call to verify actual shipping costs when ordering multiple items.

Returns

HIMS Inc. will consider products eligible for return IF the product(s) were purchased directly from HIMS Inc. and will be returned within thirty (30) days after the date of receipt per the UPS tracking information. To check if your product(s) is/are eligible for return, call HIMS Inc. Technical Support at 512-837-2000 x4 or email support@hims-inc.com

If the products(s) is/are eligible for return, the Technical Support Specialist will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions. Products which are eligible for return should be shipped to HIMS Inc. in Austin, TX per the instructions provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Products purchased from other websites, dealers, resellers, retail stores, eye care professionals, or other outlets are not covered under this return policy.  Accessories or parts are not covered under this return policy.

The original shipping charge is NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the product(s) to HIMS Inc.  The customer is responsible for insuring (or declaring value) for the return shipment. The recommended insurance (or declared value) is the original product invoice value. All returned product(s) should be in “as new” condition and complete, including the power supply/cables, accessory items, User Manual(s), and original box and packing materials.

Credit for refunds will be processed toward the same credit card used for payment of the original purchase.  No exceptions. Credit will be processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of the product(s), allowing time for the receiving and evaluation process.  We are not responsible for the time or any delay it may take for the posting of the credit on your credit card statement.

The product(s) should be returned COMPLETE and in “AS NEW” condition in original packaging and box.  Any damage to or replacement of the packing material or box will be charged to the customer by way of a deduction from the refundable credit value.
